Customer Journey Maps

For a client workshop I was tasked with creating 5 illustrative customer journey maps using vector files that I sourced from Getty. Each map details the financial journey of the clients’ prospective customers, and this was used during their workshop in order to give better context to their research. Designed in collaboration with Junior Designer Hannah Chang Hui Ross.
